Hi, I’m Nana!
I often like to say, the only plan you can count on, is that life rarely goes as planned. And, such is the beauty of it. In a nutshell, life took me where it wanted.
I got a degree in Childhood Education, ended up working as an event planner, which led me to opening my own small business (a natural foods grocery & deli) that I sold after nine years. Through this, and serving six years on the board of our local Chamber of Commerce, I realized my passion lies in supporting small local businesses.
About five years ago, I taught myself how to custom design Squarespace websites when one was needed for the non-profit organization I was working for. I enjoyed doing it so much, I started doing it for other small businesses and events.
I just love taking what someone is already doing well and elevating it, or taking someone’s vision and making it come to life. Providing this service, of creating attractive and affordable websites, is a way I can help small businesses achieve their goals. I understand their hurdles and the time and energy it takes just to keep up. I want to see small businesses succeed, and I am dedicated to making that happen.
